These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of lifeintheshesuite.com (the “Site”), operated by Natascha Tello (“Life in the SheSuite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it by unauthorized means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
2. Educational content, not professional advice
The She.E.O. podcast, the Site, our emails, and our events share leadership and business perspectives for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we publish or present is legal, financial, tax, investment, real estate, or other professional advice, and it does not create a professional or client relationship. Guest opinions belong to the guests and do not necessarily reflect ours. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions based on anything you hear or read here.
3. Events and tickets
- Tickets for our live events are sold through Eventbrite. Your purchase is also subject to Eventbrite’s terms and policies.
- Refund terms are stated on each event’s ticket page. Unless stated otherwise there, refunds are available up to 7 days before the event.
- Event details, including speakers, schedule, and venue, may change. If an event is canceled, we will notify registered attendees and offer a refund as stated on the ticket page.
- Attendees are expected to behave respectfully. We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who is disruptive or unsafe, without a refund.
- Recording and photography. Our events may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for the podcast, the Site, and our social media. By attending, you consent to your likeness and voice appearing in these materials, and to their use without compensation. If you do not want to be featured, please let a team member know at the event.
